As a long-standing expert in POS-marketing, he is able to draw the right conclusions from the insights of neuromerchandising®. This makes him the key figure between method and realization.</p><p><strong>Bert Martin Ohnemüller</strong> looks back on three decades of experience in marketing and sales. In his lectures, Bert recounts his learnings from practice, brain research, and evolutionary biology about dealing with people and himself. He wants to pass on his life's success and sees himself as a bridge-builder between business and humanity. He is an incurable romantic who dreams of a world in which people are passionate about what they do. He is talking about a world that is defined by cooperation instead of confrontation. He is convinced that such a world can arise when we begin to listen even more to our hearts and trust our inner voice's wisdom even more. In his latest book: <strong>LEAD SPEAK INSPIRE</strong>, he passes on his personal success in life and presents practical tips and authentic examples to unlock hidden wishes and dreams within every one of us. And that it is never too late to set out to fulfillment in life and at work. He holds international MSc degrees in business administration from <a href="https://www.tias.edu/en" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">TIAS School for Business and Society</a> (Tilburg University and Eindhoven University of Technology, the Netherlands) and global entrepreneurship program at <a href="https://em-lyon.com/en" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">EMLyon Business School</a> (France). He is serving as Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant in “Consumer behavior”, “Consumer and Managerial Decision Making” and “Advanced Marketing” courses at Nova SBE. His drive is learning about actions, implementing what he has learned in the business world and sharing for our society. Currently, he is serving as Chief Neurobranding Officer (CNO) for <a href="http://www.valuecreationwheel.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">VCW Lab</a> at NOVA. He is a dedicated researcher for developing concepts for managers not just to make better decisions, but also make the right decisions in the right manner. As a neurobranding strategist, he utilizes not just only big data but also small and smart data to design more sustainable customer experiences. He helps organizations to empower their go-to-market strategy and commercialization process via applied neuroscience in business. He serves companies in creating more value for stakeholders by brain-friendly integrated sustainable marketing, and branding solutions. He has passion contribute to the body of marketing, branding and innovation knowledge.</p>
