Stress and overwhelm don’t just affect the mind — they live in the body. This mid-week evening workshop is designed to help you gently shift out of “survival mode” and into a deeper state of calm, grounding, and restoration.


Join Caroline (Emotional Bodywork Therapist) and Lena (Yoga Teacher) for a nourishing 90-minute experience combining gentle movement, nervous system education, practical stress-release tools, and guided relaxation in a safe and supportive space.


No flexibility or previous experience needed.


What to expect:

  • A simple introduction to how stress affects the nervous system
  • Gentle somatic-inspired yoga and movement to release tension
  • Easy take-home tools to regulate overwhelm in daily life
