"WHEN I GROW UP I WANT TO BE A.. " Collage your vision for 2026
Overview
An action/vision board is the ultimate manifestation of priming your brain to design your life. The act of choosing and cutting the physical images from a magazine (selective attention) is a powerful tool to harness the neuroplasticity of our brains - which is basically the idea that we can assist our brain to rewire itself through learning and experience.
In this workshop Nina will guide you through the process of creating a unique vision board that speaks to you deeply, both now and in the future, of who, what and how you want to be in 2026 and beyond.
The ideal timeframe for creating a vision board is a week, as the process benefits from repeated bouts of attention. We may not get the whole thing completed in one session, but we will cover the methodology behind this almost-too-simple yet compellingly effective way of creating, and sticking, to goals.
All materials provided. Workshop will be held in English / Portuguese as required
