Michael C is one of the most renowned djs from Madeira. He began his career in the mid-90s and he was considered an ambassador of dance music in Madeira from an early age. Over a career spanning more than three decades, he has performed at renowned clubs and festivals across Portugal, as well as internationally in cities including London and Mexico City. His work has earned national recognition, including a nomination by Dance Club Magazine. In 2022 he released his first solo album “Someone Else’s Story, Michael C continues to offer, night after night, a journey through contemporary electronics, extremely danceable and with his own refined technique. We will also have the unique work of Glitch Visuals and 7heaven, join us.

Michael C [ PT ]

Michael C is one of the most renowned dj’s in Madeira. He began his career in the mid-90s and by the end of the decade he was already a resident DJ at the mythical Vespas Disco. He was considered an ambassador of dance music in the Region from an early age. From the huge “following” he created in Vespas’ “Late Nights”, he went on to the biggest festivals in Madeira and then to London, Mexico, Lisbon, Porto, Algarve and Azores.

In between, he was nominated for two consecutive years for the RTP-Diário de Notícias Gala and in 2005, the Portuguese magazine Dance Club Magazine nominated him for new DJ at national level. Musical production followed. Firstly with editions on Stereo Productions and later with remixes for labels such as D-Nox's Plastik Park.

In 2022 he released his first solo album “Someone Else’s Story”, which featured the participation of some renowned artists from the Region, in a limited vinyl edition.

His extensive CV also includes the iconic radio program Global Communication on Saturday nights on Antena 3, and he is currently serving as artistic director of the Madeira Casino – where the Garden project, the outdoor mini club, was born. dedicated to dance music.
