This Friday we have the pleasure to receive the return of the known Journalist, Dj and influencer José Paulo do Carmo aka Corto Maltese from Lisbon, creator of the mythical Lisbon parties “Meet My Friends” having passed through some of the largest Portuguese stages such as Sasha Summer Sessions, Southwest TMN. He acted alongside big names like groove armed, Bob Sinclair among others, often required to play in private parties of some International figures such as Alicia Keys or Gorillaz or fashion events like Portugal Fashion being a regular presence in the already extinct Victoria´s Secret Fashion Show. His style is recognized by Tech House melodic sets with influences from Funky, disco and the new Indie Dance trends.We will also have Glitch Visuals Artists and 7heaven, join us.

The known journalist, influencer and event manager Corto Maltese started is Dj career in 2004 with residences at Lisbon´s emblematic Clubs such as Puro Vício or Station. He also created and designed the mythical Lisbon parties “Meet My Friends” having passed through some of the largest Portuguese stages such as Sasha Summer Sessions, Southwest TMN or Allgarve also acting in several countries and known spaces for international music, including Spain (Madrid and Ibiza), Brazil, Mozambique, Cape Verde or South Africa.
He acted alongside big names like groove armed, Bob Sinclair, Dimitri from Paris, Macece Plex, Deep Dish, Popof and so many others. His style is recognized by Tech House melodic sets with influences from Funky, disco and the new Indie Dance trends.
It was also recognized by the magazine “Mixmag” in 2014 as one of the most influential protagonists of the European Dance Scene figuring on a list of 50 “Opinion Leaders” that you should know to attend the most exclusive parties.
He is often required to play in private parties of some International figures such as Alicia Keys or Gorillaz or fashion events like Portugal Fashion, being a regular presence in the already extinct Victoria´s Secret Fashion Show.
His weekly chronicles “na linha da frente ” about entertainment and music in the national newspapers Sol and “i” have been known for 10 years and he also has a column in DN Madeira under the motto “Um dia de cada vez ”. He also Leads a Communication and Creativity Agency (COC).
