Decoding what it actually means to be healthy as a woman

Note: this event will be conducted in English

ENG:
From trendy supplements to cult workouts, the world of health has never felt more empowering and daunting at the same time - and, particularly, for women simply trying to do the best for their body and mind.

In the same month that marks the International Day of Action for Women’s Health, join us at Second Home in Lisbon for an event that will explore through a female lens - and with the help of a panel of brilliant experts in the wellness space - what really matters when it comes to nutrition, fitness, mental wellbeing and much more.

Lauren Clark, a journalist who specialises in writing about health and wellness, will be in conversation with panelists:

  • Sophie Trotman - tech employee-turned Nutritionist.
  • Camille Lavail Bovone - Pilates instructor and Head of Talent and Experience at Prescription Pilates.
  • Ella Writer - founder of Bright Yellow, a coaching platform that supports mothers as they return to work.

PT:
