Most welcome to the Enlightened Stage Berlin!
🧿 Imagine a theatre with a stage where you do not have to perform nor deliver anything but you. A stage where you can explore all that you are, alone or with others.
🧑🏽🤝🧑🏻 This stage is interactive, very creative and very safe at the same time. It's based on Improv and Gestalt Therapy, but allows most forms of theatre and spectacle to happen. Come and be celebrated for who you are! NO performance needed, you can be a spectator and actor, all are welcome.
Martin Marstrand will be facilitating the whole theatre experience.
You can always say stop or time out. Your feeling is important! Stay true to yourself! What are you feeling? Please speak your truth! Most welcome to come and play out your inner world on stage!

Our time flow/program:18.30 - 19.00 Socializing19.00- 19.30 Warm up and safe space19.30 - 21.30 The Enlightened Stage21.30- 22.30 For those, that want to reflect upon the experience, talk and laugh, feel free to stay :-) We also sometimes go out together aftererwards!
If you need to go earlier please feel free to do so! We just kindly ask you to make a theatrical exit :-))
Our dream is to create a Berlin E-Stage Theatre scene that attracts people from all walks of life to express themselves in this open-minded and creative stage.
All languages are welcome, Gibberish, German, Portugese, Spanish and English are the base.
Please bring comfortable socks/clothes, water and everything you need for the whole evening.
