Through a structured and trauma-informed process,
you are guided step by step into a space
where your body can soften, release and reconnect.

your emotions, and your inner experience.

to fully express yourself.
Through conscious breathing,
you create space for what has been held
to begin to move.

About the Facilitator
This session is guided by Steffi, certified Holosomatic Breathwork Therapy® Facilitator, Psychological Counsellor, Coach and Mindfulness Trainer.
She combines experience in personal development, somatic healing, and trauma-informed work. Her approach integrates the foundations of psychology and nervous system regulation with embodied practices such as breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement.
