2. The Fire – Conflict, triggers, or tension are the heat/vibrations that can burn away illusions. Fire reveals what is real and what is false in us.

4. The Vessel—Transformation requires a safe, conscious container (even if it’s just your own intention). This is where presence, prayer, silence, or loving boundaries come in.

6. The Gold – The gold of alchemy is not perfection, but presence.
