&#x27;Table des Matières&#x27; is a dining experience based on the relation between local materials, textures and ingredients found in Portugal, a creative experience to connect our senses to nature and the origin of Portuguese materials such as stone, wax, copper, metals, wood.Made in Situ has the pleasure to collaborate with Chef Armand Arnal from la Chassagnette, his intuitive cuisine follows nature’s rhythm, finding a subtle and essential harmony in its fertile sobriety. Armand Arnal is not an activist for environmental, locavore or gluten free chef, but he is a consistent cook, Michelin starred chef since 2009 and Maître Restaurateur since 2015.The &#x27;Table des Matières&#x27; dining experience will take guests on a multisensorial journey where they can connect to a different approach to the origin of raw materials and where food comes from.--
RESERVATION POLICIES
When dining at Made in Situ x Armand Arnal we kindly ask you to read thoroughly as we can only guarantee your reservation if you accept the following terms and conditions:
- Mandatory valid COVID 19 certificate or a negative test needed. 
- as we can only welcome a very limited number of guests, you need to pay the dinner in advance to ensure your booking. All payment card information is secure and protected online by a third party using SSL encryption, the industry standard. 
- Refund: 
You can easily cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before the event.
In case of cancellation 48h before the event, 50% will be refund. No refund for any cancellation 24h before the event.
If the diner is cancelled 5 days before the event date for a force majeure situation (pandemic), it will be 100% refund or postponed to another date.
- We kindly ask you to show up on time. If some guest are late more than 20 minutes, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of €30 per absentee guest, unless the restaurant is notified 24 hours prior to your reserved time.
- If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies you wish for us to accommodate please let us know at your earliest convenience and at least 24 hours prior to your visit. Unannounced allergies or dietary restrictions might not be accommodated. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions.
- Not suitable for children.
