You can join up to 3 meetings as a guest before signing up for club membership. We understand it's important to make sure the club is the right fit for you before committing.

7:20 PM - 7:30 PM

Arrive and settle in

Members arrive, socialise and grab a cup of tea

7:30 PM - 7:45 PM

Welcome and warm up

Club president welcomes members and guests, and all attendees are asked to do a quick intro using an icebreaker topic.

7:45 PM - 8:20 PM

Prepared speeches

Prepared speeches by members, followed by evaluator feedback.

8:20 PM - 8:30 PM

Break - tea, biscuits and chatter

Time to socialise. Members who weren't evaluating are also encouraged to give feedback to speakers to support ongoing growth and development.

8:30 PM - 8:50 PM

Table topics

Impromptu speech practice - members give short 1-2 minute speeches based on topics set by the meeting's table topics master. Prepare for a lot of hilarity.

8:50 PM - 9:00 PM

Awards and close

Awards for best speaker, evaluator and table topics. We also like to recognise new members, first (ice breaker speeches) and the completion of pathway levels.
