Soul Work For Profound Healing


Family and Systemic Constellations is profound Soul work that takes place within an energy field. It aims to "separate what’s been wrongly joined, and join what’s been wrongly separated" in a family system.


The work is essentially about healing broken connections in one's family system, and rebalance loyalties and bonds that are so strong, that they limit a person’s capability for self-healing and to genuinely be themselves.


During this Family and Systemic Constellations workshop with Carolina Bakker, you will be guided through the deep healing process of constellation work.


Through guided healing movements you learn to:

· Remove conscious or unconscious blocks in your life.

· Heal relationships and reset the patterns.

· Open paths to find peace and release anxiety.

· Make way for deep, inner healing on a soul level that will translate into your daily life.


Return home with the resonance of the healing movements experienced in this work. You'll gain a stronger connection to yourself, and leave with new perspectives on how the constellations that you experienced relate to you, your own system, and your own healing.


All program participants are an essential part of the work.

You are invited to act as a representative in the constellations work, hold space in a more observing capacity, or both. The healing and learning in the room are often profound and personal for everyone attending, no matter how you choose to participate.


This workshop is designed for anyone interested in soul healing work and learning new ways to understand themselves. You don't need any previous experience, all you need to bring is yourself. Carolina will provide all the help and support you need in a welcoming, safe and respectful setting.


There will be a limited number of "Seeker" slots available for people who would like to bring in their own topic to work on (the topic can, but does not necessarily have to, relate to your family).

A constellation can take from a few minutes to about an hour and there will be 2-5 constellations done in the time we have together. Seekers will be determined by a draw, or by one of the two dedicated tickets.

What is Family Constellations?

Family Constellations is a focused healing modality to solve persistent issues and obstacles. It helps you understand how your family bonds and ancestry affect you today, and clears the path for deep Soul healing.

What are typical topics that people bring in?

Typical subjects are: - The feeling of not belonging, of not fitting in; - Healing of relationships, including with yourself; - An unexplainable strong response to a person or event; - An impossible decision; - A path towards a goal that you'd like to achieve; - An experienced trauma.

What does the process look like?

The Seeker identifies a goal, an issue, a decision, or symptoms, and describes what they would like as a resolution. Then we set the constellation: Participants represent aspects from the topic on the field, exploring the energies and entanglements, and releasing or strengthening them as needed.

Will everybody be able to address their topic?

Depending on how fast an understanding or resolution is reached, there is space for 2-5 topics, selected via a draw. There are 2 tickets available to bypass the draw. You are invited to act as a Seeker, a representative, to hold space in a more observing capacity, or all three if you choose to.

How large will the group be?

We will be with an intimate group of max 12 participants.

Do I need to bring anybody from my family?

This is you-time, focused on your personal Soul work. There is no need to bring anybody to the workshop, unless you want to. The method is known for it to have a positive effect on the relationship, even if the person is not present.

Furthermore, she holds multiple certificates from organisations in Germany, The Netherlands and Belgium for Systemic Coaching and Family Constellations Coaching. She is a registered Board Certified Coach (BCC) in the US, and at the European Institute for Systemic Education & Coaching (EISEC).
