This breathwork is a small group session focusing on trauma release and the release of trapped energies that are holding us back.

The session runs with a minimum of 2 participants and the exchange is 30 EUR.About Shamanic BreathworkWe breathe to harmonize our energy, clarify our thoughts and free our hearts from negative emotions. Breathwork is really energy work that uses the breath to enter an expanded state of consciousness.This session is different from the Healing Breathwork on Tuesdays or Sundays in that it focuses on Entity Release and it allows 3 to 4 people max (normally we breathe double that amount of people), so that the work can be even more personalized attention. This session may be quite deep, and it is ideal for trauma release.We draw on archetypes like our spirit animal guides, the angelic realm, and our inner masters.
