The “salon” is a space designed to bring together a kindred subset of coffee industry professionals to share and discuss critical reflections and innovative proposals that confront pressing issues and challenge mainstream industry practice.

This group is united around the shared perception that the industry has historically produced unequal, unsustainable, and asymmetrical outcomes that are irreconcilable within the mainstream economic paradigm, prompting critical analysis and alternative practices.
