Nails standing therapy is an ancient yogic practice from India aimed at spiritual and physical healing. It involves standing on specially designed boards with nails (Sadhu Board) , focusing on physical health and healing diseases through pressure on acupressure points in the feet. This releases stress hormones initially, followed by happiness hormones, enhancing mood and energy during and post-practice.

The therapy's main benefit lies in relaxation, as the brain targets pain points during the standing, which relaxes the connected nervous and fascial systems.

This holistic approach affects the entire body through the feet's reflex zones.
On a mental level, the practice helps in dealing with stress and managing emotions, ultimately leading to increased endurance, courage, and release from problems and suppressed emotions.

We have about 70,000 biologically active points on our feet, and each of them is responsible for a certain organ in the body.
