As a certified EFT and Emotional Resolution practitioner, NLP life coach and hypnotherapist, Raquel uses a range of accessible tools and alternative healing modalities to resolve emotional blocks that stand in the way of her clients' success.

Catarina is a meditation teacher, Master Reiki and Karuna therapist who integrates her natural ability to read energy into her practices. She dedicates her work to guiding and empowering people so they can live in alignment with their intuition and purpose.
