It is with great pleasure that we invite you to another PM Lean Coffee session organized by PMI Portugal, now taking place at Cofco International, at their offices in Lionesa.
Lean Coffee is a structured meeting with no predefined agenda. Participants gather, agree on a time slot per topic (e.g., 5 minutes), suggest discussion topics, vote on the proposed ideas to create a prioritized list, and then begin discussing the top-voted topic for the agreed time. At the end of the slot, participants vote whether to continue for a few more minutes (e.g., 2 minutes) or move on to the next topic. Discussions are focused and productive because the agenda is generated democratically by the attendees.

Eduardo is a Manager at QAValue and a Guest Lecturer at Porto Business School and IPP.He has over 25 years of professional experience, having worked in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Human Resources.Currently, he works in consulting and training in the areas of Project Management, Agile, and Self-Managed Teams.He holds an Executive MBA and an Executive Master from Católica Porto Business School, and a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Porto. He also holds certifications in Project Management, Scrum, and Management 3.0.
