WHO'S HOSTING IT?

My name is Arun Thompson. I guide men into their authenticity, love and service so that they can feel the joy of living freely and soulfully. I do that 1:1, in men's groups, retreats and in a weekly movement class called Holy HIIT. I love to see the people I work with feeling relaxed, thriving and connected to the intuitive intelligence of their soul.

What if I can't make every session in the month?

We will all miss the occasional session, that's all good. This community, however, is a committed community space, which means that we expect full attendance at every session unless otherwise stated. For the integrity of the group, if you feel like you can't fully commit, please don't sign up.

What's the minimum time commitment for joining?

One month minimum commitment.

What if it's not for me and I want to leave?

You're free to leave at any time. You'll get 100% refund if you leave within the first month, after that no refunds will be given.

If I miss a session do I get my money back?

There will be no refunds for sessions missed.
