Do I need swimwear? / Will I get wet in the FLOAT option?

Accepted Answer

No. You can come in your regular, comfortable clothes according to the outside temperatures. You will not come in contact with water – unless you wish to.

Is there parking / how do I get there?

Down the road, there are plenty of parking spaces (on the lefthand side in a small parking area, or straight ahead in a bigger area). It will be about 2 minutes walk from there to the location. Enter the big black main door of the BO Boutique Hotel, and walk straight ahead to the outside area.

How to get onto the floating bed?

We will assist you and show you the easiest way. You only need a basic mobility, that involves getting onto your knees.

What should I wear / bring?

Warm, comfortable clothes and an extra blanket if you can (the session is outdoors).
A mat/sunbed or floating bed, blanket, and cushion will be provided. Bringing some water to drink is also recommended.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is no prior experience of any kind needed to attend this soundbath.

Question 6

What can I expect during the session?

Accepted Answer

In the session you will be guided into the sound with simple guidance, allowing space for what matters most: your own experience within the sound.

Are there any health conditions that would prevent me from attending?

Accepted Answer

There are some health conditions that may be affected through the sound vibrations (such as pacemaker, epilepsy, electronic implants, recent surgery or pregnancy or others). If you have any concerns, please check with a medical professional, and let me know prior to the session.

What happens if I'm late?

Accepted Answer

If you're late but will be AT THE POOL by 18:40, please send me (Sina) a WhatsApp or give me a call (+49 176 97 666 094) and we will wait for you. The session will BEGIN LATEST at 18:45. Once we've started, there will be no more entry to ensure a calm and undisturbed space. No refunds in that case.
