About this event
The Reconnection Journey takes you deep into a meditative state. We will do this using visualization techniques so you can fully embody the purpose of the meditation and use breathwork to supercharge your meditation.
The Reconnection Journey breathwork will take you deep into reconnecting with yourself. I will guide you through 4 or 5 rounds of breathing where you will breathe in a rhythm with music and we will use breath holds to deepen the breathwork practice. You will be consciously breathing for around 40-60 minutes.
People often describe these experiences as euphoric, life-changing and sometimes addictive.
When you discover the power of your breath and how to use it to your advantage in life you will want to make breathwork part of your daily practice!

Hey! I am Pauly!
I am a holistic health coach, reiki master, personal trainer and SOMA Breath Advanced instructor and I help humans reconnect to themselves so that they can heal.
I believe that we have become disconnected from ourselves, from our emotions and from nature and this is contributing to the global health crisis.
My current main focus is assisting people in reconnecting to their breath as this can have huge effects on health and wellbeing.
When we reconnect to our breath we can learn how to use it to go from our sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) back to our parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) where we are in a less anxious and stressed state so that our body and mind can recover.
During some of my breathwork sessions, we will also focus on going deep into emotional release work by going into the Sympathetic nervous system to release trapped traumas or deep wounding.
