Our Outintic society is about encouraging & connecting creatives around the world to land and conduct their projects in our locations in Sweden.Outintic Society is an international initiative which provides both urban and rural environment for short or long-term creative projects.Our main purpose to promote and connect entrepreneurs worldwide by offering relevant services such as training, workshops, coaching and mentoring, networking opportunities and financing advice for potential start-up companies, entrepreneurs and social impact initiatives.We pursue inclusive entrepreneurship support approach that ensures all people regardless of their background would have an equal opportunity to start and run their own businesses. It focuses on target groups that are under-represented in entrepreneurship, or that face greater barriers to business creation and self-employment, e.g. women, migrants, youth and the unemployed.

3-Days Training course for ages 15-40 yo women focused on growth, teamwork and leadership!

Welcome to our leadership training, a 3-days event where all focus goes to growth of young women&#x27;s self-esteem, team work capacity and leadership: awareness and implementation. 
It is recommended for age 15-40 but all women are welcome, NOTE that the language of the training will be most likely English due to usually international group of women gathering for our activities. 
The participation fee is 1200 kr where lodging for three nights and food is included, payment shall be made to Bg 645-8327 latest one week after the confirmation of participation, after the registration here. The amount of places is limited to 15 persons.

The activities in the camp start on Thursday evening and finish on Sunday afternoon.
