Policy coherence and the Water-Energy-Food nexus

Policy coherence refers to the systematic alignment and mutual reinforcement of policies across different sectors, government departments, and levels of administration to achieve shared objectives and avoid conflicts or redundancies. Achieving coherence ensures that policies across the water, energy, and food sectors reinforce each other to maximize synergies, minimize trade-offs, and support sustainable development. In this webinar two members of the NexusNet COST Action will present their analyses of policy coherence and the water-energy-food nexus in three southern European countries.
