On September 5, 2025, the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto (FAUP) will host the PICC (Project Innovation & Cultural Creativity) Conference, final event of the CROP project that brings together academics, professionals, and creative thinkers to explore how creativity can serve as a driving force in responding to today’s complex global challenges.
Through roundtable discussions, inspirational talks, and presentations of PICC project results, participants will engage in conversations that bridge culture, space, education, and innovation. The day also includes opportunities to connect with international experts, discover new perspectives, and experience creative works such as the exhibition “Chaves” by Nuno Lacerda Lopes. Creativity as a KEY to face Contemporary Challenges
The conference is open to all who are curious about the intersections of creativity, architecture, entrepreneurship, and cultural change. Participants can join either in person at FAUP or online, making the event accessible to a wider community of creative minds.
