Hi, I’m My , the founder ofThe Confidance.After 10+ years working in tech, I left burnout behind to follow my passion:helping others feel more confident and alive through dance.I’ve led hundreds of people in workshops and classes around the world.My mission? To remind you that you already have everything you need inside you—sometimes,you just need to dance it out.

Let's start our Sunday on a high note, moving, grooving, and connecting under the open sky.Join us for a rejuvenating morning filled with energizing dance workouts, delicious brunch treats, and meaningful connections with girls from the Club!No dance experience is required, the dance workout session is easy to follow, you will be sweating, moving your hips, and even singing!Planning of the day:10:00-11:00: 1h Dance Workout hosted by The Confidance 11:00-12:30: Brunch &amp; Connect hosted by NGC &amp; The ConfidanceFeel free to bring some snacks or refreshments of your taste, and if you have a picnic blanket take it with you as well so we all have something to sit on 🌼🍃Consent Waiver of Liability: By participating in this workout, the Instructor is free from any liability relating to injuries that may occur during the event. The risks involved in participating are acknowledged and attendance is completely voluntarily. By attending, participants forfeit all rights to bring a suit against the instructor for any reason.
