No. Silence is always welcome and we will still hold space for you if you wish to remain silent. You share what you feel like sharing, while respecting that everyone has their chance to do so within the timeframe of Circle.

Q: Is is religious?

No. All belief-systems are welcome. The space is secular, although it can feel quite a sacred moment to be sharing your story with others holding space for you and you deep listening to others as well.

Q: How do Online circles work?

Although it can seem a bit odd to someone who hasn't experienced it before, the power and beauty of online circles never ceases to amaze me. The only difference is that we keep ourselves on mute at all times, and only unmute when we wish to share, on our own time.

Q: How do I share or react to another person's share?

If and when we wish to share, we unmute ourselves on zoom and share our voice or our silence. When you unmute, it is _your_ time. At the end of each sharing moment, we can acknowledge the other person and their story with a hand on our heart space <3
