Yes! Anna has extensive experience guiding online TRE® sessions. The exercises are gentle and self-regulating, meaning your body naturally controls the intensity. You'll receive clear guidance throughout.

What if I have trauma history?

Accepted Answer

TRE® can be beneficial for trauma recovery, but Anna uses a gentle, titrated approach. If you have complex trauma or PTSD, please mention this when booking so Anna can provide appropriate support.

Do I need any special equipment?

Accepted Answer

No special equipment needed! Just comfortable clothes, a yoga mat or soft surface, and a quiet space where you won't be interrupted.

How is this different from yoga or meditation?

While TRE® may seem similar, it specifically targets the nervous system's natural tremoring mechanism to discharge stored tension. It's more passive than yoga and doesn't require mental focus like meditation.

How will I feel afterward?
