Kundalini Activation , is a direct energy activation that awakens the powerful healing energy within you. We are born with our life force energy at 100%, but as we pass through life collecting traumas, heartbreaks, and other physical and emotional baggage, we develop energetic blockages. This can cause physical pain, emotional heaviness, anxiety, inertia, negative thought patterns, stress, and so much more. This Kundalini Activation session will awaken your energy so it can flow more fully and clear your blockages. It rewires your energetic system with each repeated session to bring you back to wholeness and alignment and to allow for deep emotional and spiritual healing. W hat Happens in a Kundalini Activation Session? You will lie down on a yoga mat, close your eyes, relax, and surrender. Music will play. The facilitator will activate your energy from a distance. A s your energy awakens, you may experience a wide range of phenomena: * Spontaneous, involuntary movements * Visions/knowings/insights * Euphoric states * Emotional releases (joy, anger, sadness) * Flowing energy sensations * An urge to sing, hum, or speak The more you let go and witness what is happening without judgment during the session, the more your energy will activate. How to prepare: * Fast for at least two hours before the session. If you think you will be very hungry you can eat some fruit or another light snack. * No caffeine, alcohol or other substances before the session. *Try to abstain from meat in the days prior if possible. *Wear loose comfy clothing (and make sure you will be warm enough). W hat you will need: - Download Zoom/Microsoft Teams and make an account.- Set up a yoga mat or comfy rug on the ground, and make sure the facilitator can see your full body from head to toe on camera.- Have loud speakers or headphones set up to listen to the music on Microsoft Teams.- You can wear an eye mask to help you relax into the session.
