• Create an Energy-Plan: together we will assess how you show up for the small and big things in your life. Through an assessment (Energy Leadership Index) you learn how to decide what type of energy you want to bring into your daily interactions;
• Have a wonderful -local - lunch in Campo de Ourique, followed with a walk & talk in one Lisbon's beautiful parks
• (Re)Define Your Vision, so you can start taking powerful steps towards it;
• Receive continuing (accountability) support to ensure you are staying on track!

I'm Sophie. Originally Dutch, I've lived in Belgium, South-Africa, Ireland, USA (San Francisco), and now call Lisbon my home. I founded The Reset (www.the1reset.com): a transformational coaching company to facilitate "resets" to live in joy.
