Jonathan Alba is a global talent manager who works with artists, therapists, and coaches to expand their impact. His passion for communication and relationships extends beyond business. Jonathan has also worked with couples and individuals to help them connect more authentically and intimately with themselves and others. With an academic background in communication, cognitive psychology, and somatic experiences, he brings a unique approach to his work, blending empathy with strategic clarity. He’s leading this workshop on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to share how its principles can transform the way we express ourselves and deepen our connections.
