When the moon is dark, something within us is resetting. A page is turning, a portal opens. The dark moon invites stillness, reflection, and the opportunity to connect deeply with your inner guidance.

In this workshop, I will guide you through:

• The qualities of the New Moon in Virgo and how its energy can influence your life and intuition
• A guided meditation to connect with your intuitive self
• A breath practice to embody and ground these attributes
• Several Intuitive Vision exercises — perceptive abilities that everyone can develop to build confidence and intuitive resilience
• A guided journey to set your intentions for the lunar month ahead
• A closing space to share your experience, be witnessed by the group, and ask questions

A bit about me..

Originally from Brittany, France, and now based in Portugal, I am a certified Intuition Coach with over 20 years of experience in education, facilitation, and energy work. I specialise in helping both adults and children awaken and trust their intuitive abilities by offering practical, grounded tools to build self-confidence and deepen intuition. Many of my clients already sense energies and understand that the world extends far beyond the physical, but I also warmly welcome complete beginners. I have developed a 10-week programme, available online or in person, designed to guide those who wish to strengthen their connection with their higher self and intuitive gifts.

Alongside this, I have spent many years working in close connection with the bees—an experience that profoundly shaped my understanding of intuition. The bees opened a doorway into the subtle world of perception and communication beyond words, teaching me to listen deeply, sense energetically, and trust inner guidance. This journey inspired my book Bee Wisdom: Teachings from the Hive, now available in French, English, and German. I am also the co-founder of the BeeWisdom Network, an international community of bee lovers dedicated to sharing the gifts and teachings of the hive.
