Please wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes suitable for hiking (trainers with good grip or hiking boots). Even on sunny days, the forest floor can be uneven or damp.

Is there a place to get coffee or use the restroom?

Yes! Our meeting point is Cafe Nata Pura, where you can grab a coffee and use the facilities before we start. We also have a designated WC spot accessible along the trail.

How long is the walk?

The hike is approximately 4 km. It is a gentle pace designed for noticing details rather than a high-speed workout.

Where does the floral arrangement take place?

We create right in the heart of the forest at a dedicated outdoor table.

Note: This experience is fully licensed to operate within the nature of Sintra (RNAAT n. 131/2026), ensuring we follow all local environmental regulations.

Can I bring my dog?

While we are dog-friendly and love animals, we don't recommend it for this specific experience. The trail includes various forest plants that can occasionally provoke allergies in dogs, and we want to ensure your pet stay safe and comfortable.

No, this specific event is designed for adults to focus on deep presence and the "soft attention" state. However, we love younger creators! Follow Novada as we will be publishing dedicated kids' events soon.
