How mindfulness can help you?
Human mind is designed to compare, process, solve problems. Most of the time we don't even notice we're not fully present in the present tense and thinking about past or future. If we’re not aware of what we’re doing, how are we going to switch off and relax?
Mindfulness is simply slowing down enough to see the details of what’s happening in the present moment without analytical judgements. Then we switch off to the being state of our existance where we feel joy and harmony rather than thinking. Something magical starts happening when we learn ways of living life froum a conscious and joyful space.
The practice itself bring us calmness, joy and happiness.
We’re coming together every Friday on Zoom to meditate and support each other between 12:00-12:30 (GMT time) during February.
