At Porto de Mós beach in Lagos, we invite you to slow down, reconnect, and savor a morning rooted in awareness and genuine connection.
Surrounded by ocean air, expansive coastal views, and the rising light, this is a moment to reset — to feel grounded in your body, open in your heart, and awake in your senses.
What to Expect
- 08:00 – Arrival & Opening Circle: Gather, settle in, breathe, set intention
- 08:15 – Beach Yoga & Meditation: One hour by the sea combining gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to anchor presence
- 09:15 – Mindful Hike: Following the coastal cliffs of Porto de Mós — we walk with awareness, noticing our steps, pausing for the views, letting nature guide us into a quieter state of mind
- 9:45 – Tasting Portugal: At the top of the hill, we pause to share a selection of traditional local flavors — simple, authentic, full of character — while engaging in heartful conversation
- 10:30 – Closing & Integration: A gentle finish, allowing time for reflection and grounded return
- 11:00/11:30 - Arrival back to the meeting point
