The MINDCODE cycle is a monthly transformative journey combining workshops and integration sessions.

HeartMath® Certified Mentor, NLP Coach and RTT® Therapist, Faryaneh Nourbakhsh with over a decade of international experience, guides individuals to mindset transformation, heart-brain coherence, and personal empowerment.

🌀 WORKSHOP II - MIND MASTERY I

Creative Visualisation (Evening Integration Session).

- Guided visualisation to plant the seed of your new idea in the subconscious mind

In this evening session, you’ll discover the art of creative visualisation and its role in planting powerful seeds within the subconscious mind. You’ll learn to visualise with greater clarity, energy, and focus, and explore the principles of the mind that make visualisation such a transformative tool.

You will also practice interactive visualisation, engaging all your senses so that the subconscious both receives and recognises your command. This ensures the seed of your goal is planted in a way the subconscious truly understands and responds to.

This session can be attended on its own or as a complement to ‘Mindset Mastery for Lasting Transformation’ workshop. Together, they create a richer and more integrated experience of working with the creative power of your mind.

In this workshop, you will:

• Learn the principles of the mind that make creative visualisation effective.

• Learn to write a clear, powerful command or well-formed outcome for your mind to follow.

• Practise techniques to visualise with greater creativity and focus.

• Experience a guided interactive visualisation to plant the seed of your chosen idea deep in your subconscious.

Bring an idea you’d like to work with, and you’ll have the chance to embed it more deeply in your mind, supported by tools you can continue to use on your own.
