If you're looking for a safe space to share your experience and meet with others who understand what you're talking about, this is the place for you. Our group meets in person in Uppsala near Sjukhusvägen 12A in front of the sculpture called "Feelings are facts". The sculpture is on the main photo of this event. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or just need someone to talk to, we're here for you. Join us for a session and let's navigate this journey together.
