Come and enjoy this guided meditation and improve your ability to keep a calm and positive mind. Put an end to stress, enjoy the taste of inner peace and excel yourself by improving your concentration on a daily basis.

In this activity a simple meditation will be explained and guided, with which you can improve your concentration and other good qualities, while enjoying relaxation and inner peace.

No special clothing or previous experience is required but bring a yoga mat or towel for the practice.
