At Mat & Mingle, the Pranayama and Meditation practice is led by Atul Mulji, a yoga teacher certified by the Sivananda International Ashram, with over 45 years of personal practice and 20 years of continuous teaching. A solid path rooted in the traditions of Yoga and Ayurveda, regularly deepened in India and applied with rigor in the Western context.

The session is grounded in the classical foundations of Yoga and Ayurveda, using breathwork and meditation as precise tools for nervous system regulation, mental focus, and energetic balance. This is not a performative experience—it is consistent practice, supported by decades of study and transmission.

The morning concludes with a healthy mini-brunch on A SALA’s terrace, creating space for integration and conscious connection within a community aligned with genuine well-being.
