Masterclass and B2B Experience: From Potential Futures to Current Success

On 2 December, at 3 pm, UPTEC Mar will host a highly interactive session, designed to help professionals and organisations strengthen their strategic decision-making and understand how collaboration — both within teams and across sectors — amplifies impact. Led by Daniel Gelsing, the session will combine practical tools, mental models and real-world examples, followed by a Q&A where participants can bring their own challenges and questions.

The masterclass, organized under the Interreg Atlantic Blue Shuttle project, will explore how strategic thinking supports better decisions across industries, how collaborative problem-solving accelerates innovation, and how foresight can turn strategic insights into tangible business opportunities.

After the session, participants working with technological solutions for the Blue Bioeconomy will join a focused B2B networking moment with international partners and companies in the sector, offering space for direct exchanges, clarification of ideas and the identification of new collaboration opportunities.
