About this event
Inspired by the BURNT CORK collection on view, MADE IN SITU develops a unique and intimate experience with ÂMAGO restaurant.
Centred around the theme of the 'MONTADO', the iconic landscape of cork oak forests from Alentejo and Algarve regions, we will propose a culinary journey between tradition & pure creativity. To prolong the immersive gourmet experience, Portuguese forest experts and contributors to Burnt Cork collection will generously share their anecdotes on this sustainable ecosystem. In attendance of Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance.

ABOUT ÂMAGO RESTAURANT
A chef’s table restaurant created by a couple of 2 Portuguese chefs.
Marta Caldeirão and André Coelho (ex-Mensagem, Feitoaria, Local) create and cook unique testing menus and serve them each evening to their guests gathered around one single table in their Lisbon restaurant.
