Letting Go of 2025: A Guided Writing Journey
Overview
Letting Go of 2025: A Guided Writing Journey for release, reclamation and renewal
What to expect from this workshop?
2025 has been a wild ride, and it’s more vital than ever to honour the ways we’ve shown up: the moments we’ve created, the challenges we’ve navigated and the identities we’ve shed. This is your space to complete this year’s cycle with so much love for the person you’re becoming. In this two-hour session you’ll…
- Be guided through immersive journaling prompts to celebrate, release and honour your year
- Reflect deeply on your growth -– the you that’s stretched, shed and strengthened
- Reset your nervous system and feel grounded
- Cross the threshold into 2026 feeling empowered, clear and unapologetically expanded.
Through intentional journaling sequences, potent ritual and nervous system work, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and fully aligned to step into the new year with presence and power.
What do you need for the session?
All you need is a notebook or laptop to write with.
