The Leadership Immersion for Systemic Impact is oriented to organizations that want to create systemic impact for the SDGs. The Systemic Impact KPIs Module supports organizations in integrating the principles of systemic impact into their Impact Meassurement Plan and applying them to their own work. The Module lasts 2 weeks and is split into 2 separate 1.5h Sessions on 2 different dates. AGENDA: Systemic Impact KPIs MODULESession 1: Systemic Impact Measurement Plan: . How to measure systemic impact?Dates: Course 1: May 2nd, 2023, 11-12:30pm GMT+1Course 2: May 30th, 2023, 11-12:30pm GMT+1Session 2: Applied Outcomes:. Systemic impact KPIs Dashboard Dates: Course 1: May 11th, 2023, 11-12:30pm GMT+1Course 2: June 8th, 2023, 11-12:30pm GMT +1PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BOOK BOTH SESSIONS INTO YOUR CALENDARSession 1 allows you to learn the principles and tools to integrate a systemic impact strategy at this level of the organization and to experiment how to apply it into your own work. Session 2 offers you a feedback space to help you address the challenges you faced when implementing the strategy designed in Session 1 into your own organization. Participants have 10 days between sessions to work with their teams to co-design and implement the strategies into your own organizational context. The language of this Clinic is English.
