Blanca Estella Delgado, especialista en desarrollo cooperativo, comenzará con los conceptos básicos del modelo cooperativo y brindará los ingredientes clave sobre cómo formar una cooperativa mediante el uso de la herramienta del Modelo de Negocio Canvas. Este curso está diseñado para brindar a los participantes conocimientos y herramientas para considerar si la creación de una cooperativa podría ser adecuada para su idea de negocio.

Los asistentes del taller tendrán la oportunidad de programar sesiones de asesoramiento y consultoría GRATUITAS con la instructora y otros expertos cooperativos.

Introduction to the Cooperative Business Model

In this workshop, you will learn:

• What is a Cooperative Business Model?

• The Benefits and Principles of a Cooperative

• The basic steps to start a Cooperative

• And an example of a co-op startup business using the Business Model Canvas Framework

Blanca Estella Delgado, cooperative development specialist, will start with the basics of the cooperative model and provide key ingredients on how to form a cooperative using the Business Model Canvas. This course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and tools to consider whether creating a cooperative might be a good fit for their business idea.

Workshop attendees will have the opportunity to schedule FREE coaching and consulting sessions with the instructor and other co-op experts.
