I am offering you to discover, learn or re-learn and practice Kundalini Yoga during a 60 to 90 minutes session.

We will over each session use Kundalini Kryas, mantras, pranayama and meditation.During these primary 5 weeks, my aim is to offer you the time, space and instructions to develop your understanding of specifics Kundalini exercises, mantras, pranayama and meditation so you can continue your practice at home if it is your desire.

You can choose to embark into the entire 5 weeks journey or to sign in for individual classes.

Class schedule

- Welcome and introduction: Sharing circle, kriya and meditation’s explanation;- Tune in with Kundalini mantras;- Kriya;- Relaxation;- Meditation;- Closure: Tune out, home continuity suggestion, sharing circle.

Who am I

I am Stéphanie, a Kundalini yoga level 1 certified teacher, a restorative yoga teacher and a lover of meditations. Yoga is part of my life for the last 12 years.I am also a women circle facilitator and will step by step bring all these facets together to offer classes, workshops, and retreats.I am a woman in a constant path of discovery, my mantra in life is Love, Learn, Live, and now I am studying herbalism, which is changing the way I live in harmony with nature.

Practical information

The class starts at 4.00 p.m. and finishes at 5.30 p.m.You will need a yoga mat and a cushion to ease your seating. If you have a blanket, a bolster, a block, it is a good idea to have it around.
