For information and session instructions, please read to the end. * **** W hat is Kundalini Activation?Kundalini Activation is a direct energy transmission that awakens the powerful healing energy within you. We are born with our life force energy at 100%, but as we pass through life collecting physical and emotional traumas, we develop energetic blockages. This can cause physical pain, emotional heaviness, anxiety, inertia, negative thought patterns, stress, and so much more. This kundalini activation session will awaken your energy so it can flow more fully. This practice rewires your energetic and nervous system with each repeated session to bring you back to wholeness and alignment and to allow for deep emotional and spiritual healing. W hat Happens in an Kundalini Activation Session?You will lie down on a yoga mat, close your eyes, relax, and surrender. We will start with a brief meditation, then music will play. The facilitator will activate the energy of each participant in a one-hour session, followed by questions and optional sharing. When your energy awakens, you may experience a wide range of phenomena: * Spontaneous, involuntary movements * Visions/knowings/insights * Euphoric states * Emotional releases (joy, anger, sadness) * Flowing energy sensations * An urge to sing, hum, or speak The more you let go and witness what is happening without judgment during the session, the more your energy will activate. How to prepare:* FAST for at least two hours before the session. If you think you will be very hungry you can eat some fruit or another light snack. * NO caffeine, alcohol or other substances before the session. *Try to abstain from meat in the days prior if possible. *Wear loose comfy clothing (and make sure you will be warm).
