How can I prepare to the practice?

Accepted Answer

No special preparation is necessary. You can eat as usual and drink coffee. If you want to feel the effects after your first practice, I recommend listening to a live recording of Kundalini Activation before bed on my YouTube channel. It's free and helps invite kundalini energy into your life.

How many practices are neededfor visible changes in life?

Accepted Answer

The effects is highly individual. For visible changes, I recommend attending 3 to 5 practices. However, you will feel the effect ( improved mood, reduced anxiety, harmonious state) after just one session.
