This isn't your typical art class… ​🗓️ Join us every Wednesday at 5pm in a green and luxurious setting at Hotel Hotel, Avenida da Liberdade. ​✨ We open with a short mindful practice to arrive and settle, then paint, sketch or collage together around a self-development theme that changes every week. You don't need any art experience. No performance, no judgment. Just a room of people choosing to be present with themselves, side by side. ​➡️ AGENDA:<ul><li>​5:00pm — Meet &amp; settle in, order your welcome drink (soft or tea)</li><li>​5:10pm — A short guided mindful moment</li><li>​5:20pm — Free-flowing creative time around the week's theme</li><li>​6:40pm — Sharing what we created (optional)</li></ul> ​➡️ All materials included: paints, pencils, magazines ➡️ A drink included while you create ➡️ 26€ per person ​Sometimes the best way to understand what you're feeling is to make something out of it — and it's easier when you're not doing it alone 🌞 ​💺 Limited spots (only 6) to keep the group intimate
