Hugo Guezbar is the youngest prodigy of Gypsy Jazz worldwide. Inspired by Django Reinhardt, Wes Montgomery, George Benson, and Bireli Lagrène, the guitarist has already performed at the prestigious Django Reinhardt Festival (Paris), the Django à Gogo Festival (New York and Los Angeles), and numerous festivals throughout Europe.

Considered one of the new French representatives of jazz guitar, Hugo Guezbar is known for his fluid virtuosity, mastery in interpreting melodies, and a purposeful and emotional approach to solos.

His successful career has already led him to record with big names in Swing, such as Costel Nitescu, William Brunard, Dominique Di Piazza, and Justin Geisler. He will soon be in the studio with Corsican guitarist Fanou Torrancinta to begin recording his first solo album, which we will be able to hear firsthand, and for the first time in our country, at the Django Portugal Festival.

O êxito da sua carreira já o levou a gravar com grandes nomes do Swing, como Costel Nitescu, William Brunard, Dominique Di Piazza e Justin Geisler. Em breve irá para estudio com o guitarrista da Córsega, Fanou Torrancinta, e iniciará a gravação do seu primeiro álbum a solo, que poderemos ouvir em primeira mão, e pela primeira vez no nosso país, no Festival Django Portugal.
