So you want to start a cooperative, but you're not sure exactly how?

Call the experts! Co-op Development Specialists Annelies Lottmann and Drew De Los Santos will walk you through how to start a co-op.

In this interactive session, participants will learn how to bring their co-op idea through all the stages of start-up development including:

  • Establishing a steering committee
  • Drafting bylaws and formation documents
  • Creating feasibility studies and business plans
  • Finding co-op member-owners
  • Converting an existing business to a cooperative
  • Holding your first Board of Directors election
  • ---and more!

Class attendees will have the opportunity to schedule FREE coaching and consulting with the instructor and other co-op experts.
