Call the experts! Co-op Development Specialists Annelies Lottmann and Drew De Los Santos will walk you through how to start a co-op.
In this interactive session, participants will learn how to bring their co-op idea through all the stages of start-up development including:
- Establishing a steering committee
- Drafting bylaws and formation documents
- Creating feasibility studies and business plans
- Finding co-op member-owners
- Converting an existing business to a cooperative
- Holding your first Board of Directors election

Class attendees will have the opportunity to schedule FREE coaching and consulting with the instructor and other co-op experts.
