Do I need any previous experience with bodywork, breathwork, or somatic healing?

Not at all. I will guide and hold you through our time together. This circle is beginner-friendly and fully guided. You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are, and participate at your own pace.

What happens during the session?

Super question! :) The session includes grounding, tuning into the energy and body centers, guided somatic awareness, breath-based practices, gentle movement, and a ceremonial healing circle atmosphere. There will also be time for integration and rest.

Is this a therapy session?

Accepted Answer

Even better question. :) This is a holistic and somatic healing space, but it is not psychotherapy or medical treatment. It can be deeply supportive and therapeutic in nature, but it does not replace professional healthcare.

Will I have to share or speak in the group?

Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to speak, but you are equally welcome to stay in silence and simply receive.

Question 5

Will there be physical touch?

The session is guided primarily through self-awareness and embodied practice. I do, if consented, also work with certain pressure points in the body. Any touch (if included) will always be optional, respectful, and consent-based. Your boundaries will be honored at all times.

What should I bring?

Please bring comfortable clothing, water, and anything that helps you feel safe and cozy (a shawl, socks, extra seater). A journal is optional. :)

Can I join if I’m feeling emotionally sensitive, anxious, or going through a transition?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many people come during times of change. This circle is designed to be gentle, grounding, and supportive. You are always encouraged to listen to your body, pause when needed, and rest at any time.
