This T=therapeutic Breathwork is similar to or of the same breath family as Rebirthing, or Holotropic breath. It is practiced lying down, there will be evocative music, scents, verbal instructions, and healing instruments. The sessions last 75 to 90 minutes. BENEFITS: This healing modality is beneficial to anyone, especially those experiencing stress, anxiety, trouble sleeping, experiencing a lack of clarity or purpose. WHAT TO BRING: Bring comfortable clothes water, an eye cover, warm clothes, and possibly an extra t-shirt as sometimes people experience a lot of heat or a cooling effect in the body. DOS &amp; DONTS: Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs and lower your caffeine intake. If you are microdosing, Breathwork is likely to enhance the effects. Do not practice if you are in the late stages of pregnancy, or if you are under psychiatric treatment.
